Businesses from USA and Canada are welcome to apply for the program

Where do you ship?

We ship to USA (This includes APO/FPO addresses) and Canada. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.

What is the Return Policy

We offer 30 day return in case of damaged or broken product

Which courier do you use?

We use USPS, DHL, UPS and Fedex.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account, clicking on “My Orders"

Is tracking provided?

Yes! The Tracking is provided in 24-48 hours of order.

How do I change something on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service department immediately. Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I add an item after placing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. However, if you place a new order that can be shipped with your existing order, usually within 24-hours, we will refund you the shipping cost on your new order.
